As someone living with PNKD (dyskinesia), I’ve experienced the frustration of feeling like my body wasn’t always on my side. I’ve had moments where simple movements felt impossible, where physical setbacks tested my mental resilience. But over the years, I’ve discovered that these moments—though difficult—are what pushed me to become stronger, inside and out.
This mission isn’t just professional; it’s deeply personal. Growing up with my brother, who has cerebral palsy, I saw firsthand how limited accessibility and understanding could create barriers for people with disabilities. I also saw the incredible transformation that came when we refused to let those barriers define us. Together, we learned that training wasn’t just about fitness—it was about gaining independence, overcoming fear, and unlocking a sense of freedom.
Now, as a personal trainer, I’m on a mission to create that same opportunity for others.

Hi, I'm Nick, the founder of NMCoaching.
I’m passionate about helping individuals with disabilities and women’s health achieve their fitness goals in a way that’s personal, empowering, and sustainable.
I’ve lived with dyskinesia for over 20 years and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with managing both physical and mental health. My journey, alongside my brother who has cerebral palsy, has inspired me to make fitness accessible for everyone, no matter their condition or fitness level.
With years of experience in personal training and mental toughness coaching, I’ve helped clients from all walks of life—whether they’re overcoming gym anxiety, looking to transform their bodies, or rebuilding strength after an injury. I believe in creating fitness solutions that are tailored to your unique needs and goals, focusing on building strength, confidence, and resilience both physically and mentally.
